Can I Claim?

If you have suffered a personal injury and you believe that someone else is to blame you may be eligible to make a claim for compensation. We are always very unwilling to exclude everyone from finding out about a possible case and so if you feel that you might be entitled to claim please call us and let us consider your circumstances.

It costs absolutely nothing to speak to us and you are not obliged to proceed with a claim even if we feel you’re entitled to compensation.

We understand that many clients are reluctant to contact us because they feel that they’ll be asked lots of questions that they will struggle to answer and this can be off putting. Of course we’ll need to take some facts from you to see if we are able to help and of course the more details you have the better, but most of the new enquiries we get have very little details to hand and still more often than not we can still offer some assistance. Our solicitors possess a wealth of experience in dealing with personal injury cases and can will often have access to resources not available to the general public so even when you cannot find certain details about your injuries, there is every chance that we will.

It could be nearly impossible to attempt to answer the question of who are able to claim on this site since each and every case is unique and should be assessed on its own worth. The only way we are able to genuinely and accurately tell you if you have a claim is if you call us and let us assess the circumstances. The sooner you take action the quicker you will know if you may be eligible to compensation.

Before you contact us, do any from the below apply to you:-

Below 18 years old? If you’re under eighteen years of age you’re classified as a minor by the Courts and we will be unable to consider instructions directly from you. You will need to ask a litigation friend to get in touch with us on your behalf, this could be a parent or gaurdian or family member but it doesn’t have to be. As long as the person you ask to call us is over eighteen and they’ve got your permission to share your details with us we are able to help.

Do you live outside England and Wales? Our lawyers are allowed to practice in England and Wales. In order to provide the best possible service to our clients we have forged links with lawyers firms in Scotland and Northern Ireland and if appropriate we’ll pass your information to our colleagues in these areas should it be appropriate to do so and with your permission.
