What is Industrial Eczema?

Industrial eczema is a work-related skin condition which is caused by workplace conditions. Eczema causes an inflammation of the skin with symptoms being itchy red patches of dry sore skin. Work related skin disease or dermatitis is the name given to several skin conditions brought about by factors in a place of work. The most familiar of these is what is commonly known as eczema. Eczema causes an inflammation of the skin, with sufferers reporting a red, sore and itchy rash. At Russell Worth solicitors we’ve helped lots of people who’ve suffered from industrial eczema to get the compensation they deserve.

Many of these cases have been caused by employees handling hazardous chemicals and products without the necessary protection or equipment.
